This study aimed to:Quantify the current public health burden of ADPKD in fourEuropean countries in terms of ESRD incidence, dialysisand transplant requirements, life expectancy, quality of lifeand productivity; andAssess the potential impact of slowing diseaseprogression via treatment (based on data for tolvaptan).
